The ECSF has helped the Downtown Windsor Community Collaborative and RE/ACT Windsor offer the 90-day outpatient program to support 50 individuals recovering from addictions and trauma. Thank you United Way/Centraide Windsor-Essex County.

The Downtown Windsor Community Collaborative (DWCC) is a registered charity that provides the operational support for RE/ACT Windsor.
“Our desire is to see Windsor be a good place to grow up and a good place to grow old, and we pursue collaboration with anyone who shares that vision. We will work toward this by creating and supporting loving community at the neighbourhood level, where everyone has a chance to be valued and a place to belong.”
